1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bookexpertclasses.com ("the Platform", "we", "us"), operated by Prim online consultancy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About Our Services

bookexpertclasses.com connects users with independent experts offering live online workshops across categories such as lifestyle, health, hobbies and personal goals. We facilitate discovery and booking of these workshops; the workshops themselves are conducted by the respective experts.

3. Booking & Payments

Workshop seats are confirmed only after successful payment through our listed payment partner. Prices, schedules and availability shown on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to check the selected date, time and price before completing payment.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be raised via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop. Requests made after this window may not be accommodated. Specific workshops may carry their own cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Refunds are not guaranteed for no-shows or cancellations made outside the stated window.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to provide accurate information at the time of booking and to behave respectfully during live sessions. We reserve the right to remove any user from a session or restrict access to the Platform in case of abusive or disruptive behaviour.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform, including text, graphics, logos and workshop material, is the property of Prim online consultancy or the respective experts and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure a smooth experience but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or workshops. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform or attendance at a workshop.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
